I have 5 burning bushes which have finally started to grow and have beautiful foliage in the summer. In late summer/early fall when they should start to turn and become that beautiful red the leaves all fall off of them. Can you tell me what the problem possibly could be and how to care for them?

What growing zone are you in? You may have a variety that isn't suited to your climate and drops its leaves too early.
Thanks for asking this question. I live in Rhode Island and have 4 10 ft burning bushes in my yard and every year for the past 5 yrs they loose their leaves before they turn red very early fall or late summer and I didn't know why.
