Busy Bees Event For Cleaning Your House

We have weekly family "Busy Bee" events. During the event all of us bees swarm into a room armed with cleaning supplies and bins for recycling and garbage, and follow the directions of the Queen or King Bee (usually the commander is the owner of the room).

We set the timer for 10 minutes and go like heck. Upon the timer's announcement to stop, we gather supplies and move to the next room.
In one hour we spruce up the house and then finish with a collective snack.
This has really helped us to learn how to direct, what we really need, and how to take directions.
