Have you tried eBay? There might be one listed there. Or maybe you could contact a local Avon representative and they could help you.
If it's a newer item, trying looking at Avon's website. If it's older, ebay is a good place to look.

Does anyone know where I can get the original Avon dinner plate ceramic bear that you "hook" on the edge of a dinner plate?
This was popular back in the 80s. My children loved that as well as I did. I lost it among the years. I contacted the Avon company many years ago and the rep had never heard of it.
