I am trying to locate a supplier of Carolina blue spruce trees. I have a few I bought years ago (Home Depot) that tolerate full sun in the South and are still thriving. I am building a new house and am very eager to add them to my new landscaping, but I have not been able to locate any. I have been told that these trees do not exist?

Is it possible that it might be a Colorado blue spruce instead of a Carolina blue spruce? I am from Colorado originally and it is our state tree. It has a lovely blue tinge to it and is very hardy. I'm not sure how well it would do in the south, but it's possible that it would do just fine.
Hi, I bought several at McCorkles giant plant sell many years ago. They are beautiful and everyone loves them. They do exist and I also am having a hard time finding more of them.
I bought mine at Fairview garden supply about 15 years ago. They are so tall now
