I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "bulk" as that could mean any number above 2 maybe?
From what I know about buying famous brand name items in "bulk" usually means high numbers (even minimum orders could be in the thousands).
If you mean anywhere from 2 to 25 or 30 your best bet is to find them on sale and sales are on right now.
Both Walmart and Amazon have this small grill for under $14.00 and free shipping on several. That is an even better price than I see many times at thrift stores.

You could contact someone within the company but its possible they only sell to certain distributors (according to their contract agreements).

And they only sell one George Foreman grill (outdoor) and they only sell that one in very large quantities.
If you cannot buy them from the George Foreman site I think you will have to go retail; but actually, 100 is not a large quantity to companies like this so even if they were to sell you 100 they may not discount it very much.
Other stores cannot sell these to you wholesale so think about retail price.
I would go to the website, georgeformancooking.com, and submit an inquiry about this. It would depend on how many you would be buying, I'm sure.

Are you buying them to gift or resell? If it is for resell and the company won't work with you, you could investigate the site above. Carefully of course!
If it is for a gift, like for a company Christmas gift, you may want to talk to your local WalMart or Target or Best Buy or whoever sells them in your town and see i they can cut you a bulk buy deal. They may if you offer something in return, like having their signs at your party.
