My duck just laid eggs for the first time. Her nest is not by her house or her area at all, we have owls and cats that can take her eggs. Can I move them without losing any babies?

You could try and remove them. The mother sometimes looks for her eggs. It is not uncommon for the mother to leave her eggs. Also it is not uncommon for her to come back. Put them in a safer spot, but not to far away from current spot, in case she wants to come back to her eggs!
I was always taught if you move the nest, the mom will abandon the eggs.
Better option would be to offer the nest site as much protection as you can, but not block mum from getting to them.
Post back an update.
When my brother was very young he wanted some ducks to raise. We had ducks in the yard and when they finally laid the eggs my brother got in there to clean the place and he moved the nest around. The duck never went back to the nest and the eggs spoiled and had to be removed. I would leave them where they are because I have seen a duck move them around on their own.
