You do not say what size pressure cooker but I assume you do not mean you have a pressure canner.
There can be a big difference in what is called a pressure cooker and what is called a pressure canner - even one that is called a pressure cooker/canner. many instructions state to use a pressure canner but then keep saying pressure cooker so please read more before trying this.

Yes, you can can with a pressure canner, not a pressure cooker. Make sure your machine is suitable for canning.
