I am a beginner at canning vegetables and started with field peas (conch). My first batch came out good, but my second batch, 6/2/12, I think I might not have enough water in the peas. I did everything right, but maybe I put too many peas in the jars to start with. Any suggestions? Will they be okay, or should I dump them, or can I put them in freezer bags and put in the freezer? Help, I can't find this answer anywhere!

You did pressure can them - right? If so, the fluid often evaporates/gets sucked out during processing. It has something to do with improper timing of heating and cooling, but I've had problems with different jars in the same processing batch - most are fine, but one or two will have less fluid after processed. They are still good and usable.
