I was waxing my white Jeep and went to rub it out, but noticed it was not coming out of my front or back painted bumpers; instead, it left behind a yellow stain that will not buff out. I've tried washing it off and spraying with ammonia glass cleaner, but nothing has helped. What can I use to get this ugly hint of yellow stain off my Jeep?

Try washing with a pressure washer and leaving the car in the sun for a few weeks.
I am all about going to the experts on all things car (and large appliances) as I have had my share of DIY nightmares and took bad advice from people and ended up making a mess of things :(
So my two cents worth is to call the dealer and ask what they would use...or call Jeep directly. A link to their contact info is www.jeep.com/
When we had our lemon of a Jeep Compass, hubby found their customer service to be quite nice and helpful (too bad the vehicle was not as nice as the people). Hope they give you an easy and inexpensive solution! Good luck! Let us know what they say!
The yellow is from bird poop! I have white cars and it's a pain! When I see the yellow bird droppings, I clean it immediately or it will eat your paint. Try to keep scrubbing if that doesn't work, try using a clay bar.
