Caramel Corn

This is a great fall snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • Advertisement

  • 1 cup popcorn to pop

Directions:

  1. Boil first 3 ingredients together for 3 minutes.
  2. Take off burner and put in salt and baking soda.
  3. Pour syrup over popped corn.
  4. Mix well and put into 300 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
  5. Stir every 15 minutes.
  6. Store in air-tight container.

Cooking Time: 45 Minutes
