I have two dogs with parvo. They're about 6 months old. I've been to the vet, just yesterday, and got antibiotics and IV injection for only one. The one who did not get the injection has been really uncoordinated today, but is drinking a lot of water now. He's really tired. Does he have a chance to get better?

Normally if two dogs have parvo t he vet would treat them the same. I am a bit surprised that only one of them had a shot and IV. However, what you need to do is keep a close eye on the dog. If you see the dog starting to vomit after drinking or having the runs, get him to the vet immediately. Don't wait. This is not a good sign at all.
Normally, when a dog is sick, they will sleep a lot and not move around much at all. As long as the dogs are vomiting or have the runs, you can't feed them. Once the vomiting stops, you can start to feed them really small amount of plain cooked pasta or white rice.
