If this is her first time liter of puppies that is normal. First time dog moms are iffy. You might need to watch her to make sure she is feeding the babies. Also she could not want you near, first time dog moms get protective. If your asking about feeding the mother. Give her what ever you were giving her before. If she still doesn't want to eat dry food mix in some wet dog food and see how she does.
The puppies need wet dog food; the mother can have wet or dry. Ask the vet for recommendations.
