My dog was diagnosed with parvo yesterday, but he is walking around and drinking water. He is still is throwing up, has diarrhea, and he keeps groaning. What can do to reduce his pain?

Let him rest. He is drinking, so that is good. No food until he has stopped vomiting and having diarrhea for 24 hours. Parvo can last a few weeks, so be patient.
I've been giving him iv and the medicine.. I gave him some chicken broth ..should I stop
