My dog was diagnosed with parvo a few days ago. We have been keeping her at home and steadily been giving her 10cc of Pedialyte about every 30 minutes and diluted chicken broth every once in a while. She is showing little improvement from yesterday and we do not feel like we are doing enough. She is still not eating or drinking on her own. Is there something we can give her via syringe to help give her more nutrients? Any tips would be much appreciated.

Your vet is the only one who can tell you exactly what your pup needs to get through this. Treatment is based on a variety of things that must be carefully prescribed and monitored by a professional based on the specific situation. Be very wary of advice for care from non professionals as ever situation is different and parvo is a very serious illness.
If you need a vet, talk to your local animal rescue or if the dog came from a breeder ask him/her to help find someone in your area.
If you need help with treatment costs, some offer sliding scales or free care funds if you ask.
I wouldnt do anything else without consulting the vet.
Your puppy will most likely need antibiotics that you will need to get from your Vet. You really need to see your Vet and have a plan. It is OK to do your own nursing at home but you need the Vet for planning and antibiotics.
