My pup has parvo. He was at vet for 5 days then came home and started vomiting and having diarrhea. Should I be concerned that his diarrhea is what he has eaten. Like the raw egg comes out just like he ate it. I'm so very worried.

You should contact the vet ASAP. Vomiting and diarrhea are not good signs.
Can you call the vet who made the diagnosis call and get their take ASAP or see if they want you to take him to the emergency vet to get specialized care (like IV).
Parvo is very serious and the directions for care are very specific based on the dog's size and phase of the illness.
I hope you take offense as this is just me, but I would never take crowd sourced hints and tips for care such a serious situation as every dog handles this disease differently and treatments are specific to weight, age, and other factors.
I will say lots and lots of prayers for your sweet pup! Many, many, many dogs make a full recovery and go on to lead very happy, healthy lives! Wishing you all the best!
