Caring for a Dog with Parvo?

My 2 year old dog was diagnosed with parvovirus on Friday. They sent me home with the subcutaneous IV treatments to give her twice a day. She was doing great yesterday, eating a bit of chicken and drinking water. She even played a bit. This morning she played a bit, drank, and ate a small amount of chicken, but now she's excessively drooling.

Has anyone experienced this during treatment? She's also refusing to drink water now although she isn't dehydrated. She's keeping her food down; hasn't thrown up. On a side note, she started getting sick Wednesday evening, but I thought she had a stomach bug because she was eating grass and by Thursday she showed signs of feeling better. Friday she declined a bit so that's when I took her to the vet and she was diagnosed with parvo even though she's fully vaccinated.
