My puppy of 7 weeks was diagnosed with parvo 8 days ago. She is eating plenty, drinking a lot, and is very very playful. Are these good signs that she is improving? I am giving her anti-vomit tablets, vitamins, and adding glucose powder to her water. Her poo is a dark green colour; is this normal? And how long will it take for the parvo snaptest to show negative?

If she is eating, drinking and playful these are excellent signs. It can take several weeks for a dog to recover completely. If the dog starts vomiting and having bloody diarrhea, contact a vet immediately.
Your dog is on the way to recovery. When my second dog was brought home he was sick. The next morning I had him at the vets. He had to spend 7 days there with an IV. After I brought him home he as active, eating, and taking some medication they gave me for him.
Yes, these are great signs. It can take a few weeks to get over it. I wish you luck!
Sounds like the dog is doing good with the treatments. The green poop is probably the medicine or food.
Dogs/puppies with parvo tend to shed the virus for about 7-10 days, so patients are often treated for a full week.
