I have a puppy and he is about 3 months old. He came down with parvo 4 days ago and he still doesn't want to eat, but he drinks a little bit of water. I have been giving him IV, antibiotics, and Pedialyte. I also bought him some charcoal capsules. I would just like to know how long will it take for it to go away. I already saved one of my puppies, but I lost another one. I don't want to lose him too.

I strongly suggest following only vet care protocols and not crowd sourcing for help. This is really, really important to get to a vet and get his/her advice! If you can't pay for it, ask the vet to work with you on a sliding scale or find out if they have a free care fund available.
Parvo is scary (at it sounds like you know) and needs special treatment and directions for survival.
We know Parvo survivors and those that make it were under close vet care and their human mom's (and dad's) followed the vet's advice exactly and they did lots of praying and loving on the pup telling them what a good boy (girl) they are etc.
All the parents credit the vet and their own loving on the dog for best outcomes! Please let us know what happens. PRAYERS FOR YOU AND THE PUP!! Let me know how it goes!
You are doing all you can. Some puppies don't make it, even with the best of care. Keep in contact with the vet. Good luck.
Follow your Vets instructions to the letter. If your dog gets any worse get him back to the Vet right away.
