Yesterday morning my puppy was vomiting and I took her to a vet and she was positive for parvo. I was only able to afford a shot of antibiotics and fluids for her. I brought her home and bought Pedialyte, Tamiflu, Pepto Bismol, taro syrup, baby food, and probiotics for her. I'm constantly giving her Pedialyte to rehydrate her almost every 30 mins. She has not vomited since yesterday before I took her to the vet, over 30 hours. She has not had diarrhea in almost 12 hours, but has not pooped since then. She does pee, its color is mostly clear. She is still very sleepy. Is she on a recovery path with not vomiting or diarrhea?

This is a good sign. Normally it will take time for the dog to recover and the estimated time for a full recovery can be anywhere from 15 to 45 days depending on the dog and how bad she is. Keep doing as you have been doing. Wait another two days before you start to try and feed her a bit of soft food such as the baby food you got her. Boiled pasta and rice is also good to start feeding the dog again.
It is a good sign that your puppies vomiting and diarrhea is slowing down. I hope she continues to improve. It can take a month or more for them to get back to normal. If she changes for the worse be sure and call you Vet back and explain what is happening.
This is a very slow process, and requires the good care that you are doing. The great news is that your fur baby is on the right path. The sleeping is normal for this sickness. The best part of that is the rest is making her stronger and not vomiting. Keep the fluids up as much as you can ,and maybe try a little soft food. Remember it does take time.
