I have wet carpets on a mobile home floor, with no water lines on that side of the mobile home. What causes this so I can fix it please?

You could have a roof leak that is running down the walls and getting your carpets wet. You could also have a moisture condensation problem in the walls.
Moisture seeps up through the bottom of the trailer. It also comes from the roof. Use a ground cover to prevent moisture.
Water leaks are tricky to identify. Where they manifest isn't necessarily anywhere close to where they start. If you're sure it is not coming from the roof, I would get a plumber out to check it out as soon as you can. If you have just moved in to this home, it could be an error during the set up. Perhaps the ridge cap is not pulled together tightly? I would contact the dealer who you purchased the house from as they can remedy any problems with the setup. Best of luck.
Could be moist air coming in from the cracks. Here are some informative tips/pointers how to prevent moisture: www.mcgarryandmadsen.com/
