Making overnight oats in mason jars is great if you have a busy schedule or need to feed your whole family in the morning. This version of oatmeal is made in a jiffy but tastes extraordinary. Since it's packed with fresh grated carrot, Greek yogurt, flax and chia seeds, it's full of nutrients. However, it tastes exactly like a decadent carrot cake. Enjoy!
You can multiply the ingredients to make several. This recipe here is one big serving, but I personally eat half and load it with fruits to have with my coffee in the morning.
