Yes. You should be able to cash it at any location that does western union money orders. Try your post office or your local bank.

You can only cash this money order if you are the legal recipient with your name on the paper and you have proper ID - they may require picture ID.
Your post office will cash USPS money orders but will not cash Western Union money orders.

You can cash your money order at any location that sells Western Union money orders - this includes many drug stores and grocery stores. You can clink on this link and put your zip code and they will provide a list of locations to cash your money order.

This should not be an issue to cash this money order. You should first try at your bank and take it there. The clerk at the bank will be able to help you and more than likely they might ask you to deposit this in your account.
