I personally like Shining Starts and for some reason I would stay away from the V ones - they rub me the wrong way though I could not tell you why

Shining Starts is the only one to me that says day care. But to be safe, perhaps it should be Shining Starts Child Care or Day Care.
You want people to know without having to think about it, what your business is about.
The others are catchy, but not for a day care.
I love love love Shining Starts! It's really good :) I'd go with that
