My cats pee on my couch. They have been to vet and they are fine. The litter is clean. What can I do to stop this and what can I use to clean it? Someone told me to spray cinnamon, but I want them to sleep on the couch by me.

Cat urine is quite strong and you own more than one, so I would suggest talking with a professional carpet/furniture cleaner to have the urine cleansed from sofa. Problem is, if cats are urinating on sofa often, you may need to replace it as urine drains deeper in and is harder to get out. Then I would suggest you purchase a couple waterproof sofa covers that are washable and won't let liquid absorb into sofa. This way you can always keep one on sofa while other is getting laundered.
Clean the couch with an enzyme cleaner to remove the scent. Change the litter to one that is softer on the paws. Put a few extra little boxes out.
It is hard to get rid of odor in places that have been hit more than once. The best product I have ever used is called Fizzion. It is what they call a CO2 cleaner. I rarely see it in pet stores but you can buy it on Amazon or on Jackson Galaxys web site. It is a tablet that you put in a spray bottle of water. The tablet dissolves and gives you a years supply of cleaner/deodorizer. Follow the directions on the package.
You need to get a professional furniture clearner that has order removal in it. If the cats are around 4 months each I would take and get them fixed. Many male cats mark their teritory and this is what you are looking at.
