The light bulbs on my celling fan do not light up. The fan is working. I have a tester and it appears there is power in the sockets, but the light bulbs do not light up. I changed the light bulbs, which I know are working, but still no light. What is the problem?

It depends on how you tested the voltage in the receptacle. There should be a hot and neutral connection for the bulb.
A non-contact voltage pen would show the presence of the hot, but not the neutral. It may be that the neutral wire is open. It could be broken.
If the pull chain which turns the lights on and off is switching the neutral and not the hot (not good, but it works), and the switch has failed (which they often do), you would still have voltage at the receptacle.
If you do not know about the dangers of electricity, I would suggest you have an electrician fix this for you.
