Changing the Batteries on a Swiffer WetJet?

Can anyone tell me how to change the batteries on the old style Swiffer WetJet? It is green, but not with the big bottle holder attached. You can push the purple button to release the bottle, but the green "switch" underneath that does not move. :-/

If I remember right and it is the same model, you push the little green lever DOWN and pull out the battery pocket.

If it doesn't work, their customer service is lovely!

You need to remove the cleaner first, then take off the battery tab.
