Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls (store brand is great)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (store brand is - you guessed it!)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Directions:
Unroll crescent rolls and sprinkle with shredded cheese (I prefer extra sharp cheddar for a bold taste). Roll up loosely, brush on a small amount of butter, and sprinkle any stray cheese on top. Bake according to directions on rolls.
While this isn't a hugely original recipe, they are an inexpensive substitute for the same, old rolls. They're extra good with soups, salads, or chili.
