Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Mix with electric beater until well blended. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll or 11x13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Note: Cake does not get rolled, but the cake is thin. In a 11X13 inch pan it usually bakes about 10 minutes longer.
Combine sugar, margarine, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
Spread on cake (allow cake to cool 10 minutes before frosting). Put in refrigerator to set frosting.
