I found a wonderful meal choice for my daughter who is on the GFCFSF (Gluten Free, Casein Free, Soy Free) Diet. It is a diet that doesn't upset her many food sensitivities, as many foods do for children who are on the Autism Spectrum. The reasons have to do with so many of them having difficulty digesting milk and wheat.
I have found Chex cereal and Almond Milk, vanilla flavored to not cause any bad reactions behavior wise or otherwise. I wanted to share. It is really delicious too!
Also homemade broth, rather than store broth, is wonderful. I keep it going in the crock pot all the time and the broth is amazing. I put chicken in and carrots and just keep it going.
I can put the broth in ice cube trays, add it to cats diet to make them healthier also, and it is wonderful to know there are no additives in the broth, and it is very comforting to the gut and stomach.
