I think this is a great, cold-weather meal! Very hearty and filling!

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In oven proof 10 inch skillet, melt margarine; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk.
  3. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Add chicken, onion, peas, and carrots; simmer until hot and bubbly.
  5. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange biscuits over hot chicken mixture.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
