This is one of my favorite dishes! The first time I had it, my sister in-law made it and it was so good that I just fell in love with it! I love most anything with pasta and this is no exception!
Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 16oz. sour cream
- 7oz. spaghetti (cooked)
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts until tender and remove from the bone. Saute mushrooms in margarine. Mix with remaining ingredients and turn into buttered 9x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.
