How do I go about getting child support from my son's father who is on SSI, I need to know if there's a way around the system that I can qualify for this. I know for a fact that his brother's wife is doing that. Now she gets child support for her three children from his brother and his brother is also on SSI. If you could please help me I would very much appreciate it.

why would you want "a way around" the system (that may be illegal and get everyone into a lot of trouble) when all you need to do is visit a SS office and present your case?
Assistance will be available if your son meets the legal requirements. Most likely your son's uncle's children meet those requirements.
Call or visit your local Social Security Office. They are the only ones who can answer this question for you.
