Its a simple, easy and moist chocolate cake.
*Castor sugar is also known as superfine or 10x sugar.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C.) Prepare a large baking tray. Break eggs into a large bowl. Add sugar gradually to eggs while beating the mixture will change pale and thin. Combine milk, oil and vanilla essence in a jug.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture alternating with liquid mixture (milk, oil and vanilla). Mix all well until smooth and pour into greased and lined pan.
Bake on centre rack for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let it cool in pan.
Remove from pan and decorate as you desire. Chocolate or vanilla icing will do.

10x and super fine sugar are 2 completely different things. Superfine looks just like regular sugar you put in coffee and tea. 10x sugar is also known as powdered sugar because it looks like talcum powder. (11/18/2009)

The very fine sugar like powder we call it icing sugar. The The little coarse sugar we call castor sugar. The sugar we use for tea and coffee is coarse. (03/25/2010)
