- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 3 Tbsp chocolate chips
- Dash of vanilla extract
- Frosting
- 3 tsp (heaping) cocoa powder
- 2-3 tsp maple syrup
- 2-3 tsp milk
Steps:
- In a microwave safe mug, add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, olive oil, vanilla extract. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Microwave for 60 seconds or until ready (depending on your microwave).
- To make the frosting, add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and milk. Stir all ingredients until smooth. You may need to adjust amounts of milk and powder slightly to get the correct consistency.
- Pour frosting over the cake. Top off with candles for your little one for a celebration or enjoy as is.
