Try making a batch of these tasty chocolate chip matcha muffins. This is a great treat and I love eating this muffin with a side of tea!

Cook Time: 15-20 minutes + cooling time
Total Time: 20-25 minutes
Yield: 1 dozen
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 Tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
*You could also add almond slices too but I ran out.
Steps:
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Then, add wet ingredients and chocolate chips. Mix your batter.
- Line muffin pan and pour batter evenly. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes or until ready. Allow muffins to cool.
