I don't see why not, but it would be an awful lot of trouble, I think. If you want to use them because they're milk chocolate rather than semi-sweet (which I prefer, myself), you can buy milk chocolate chips. I'd be interested in hearing why you want to do this! Do you happen to just have a lot of them & want to use in baking? If that's the case, go to this website for lots of recipes using kisses, or just google baking with Hershey kisses.
