The inspiration for this drink came from a new Starbucks protein drink that sounds super appealing, aside from the price tag. At $6 a pop, I could make at least 10 of them myself. Another benefit to making them at home? I understand what all the ingredients are.
Attosa's version: 220 calories, 2.5g fat, 37g carbs, 16.2g protein.
Starbucks version: 250 calories, 9g fat, 36g carbs, 10g protein.
