Chocolate Frosting:
Mix and set aside flour, sugar and soda. Bring to a boil in saucepan; cocoa, margarine, water and oil, stirring constantly. Add to flour mixture. Pour vinegar into milk and wait until it starts to curdle. Add to batter. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Batter will be runny. Pour on greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees F.
For Frosting: Bring to a boil: cocoa, margarine and milk. Remove. Add vanilla and powdered sugar.

I have found that the best pan to bake this in is a jelly roll pan 10" by 13" just make sure your pan has sides.

Easy homemade cake that tastes great.
Sift flour and sugar into a large mixing bowl; set aside. In a small saucepan, mix margarine, water and cocoa together. Bring to a rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour. Mix well with a electric mixer. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla; mix well and pour into greased and floured 18x12-inch sheet pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
For icing, in small saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add enough powdered sugar to get a smooth icing texture. Ice cake while hot.
