I love watching a few of the cooking shows. More than just the recipes, I enjoy watching the quick short cuts the Chef's have to cutting, dicing and preparing meals. Easy and terrific.
This one is on slicing fresh basil leaves. You buy the package of large fresh basil leaves. Take three leaves about the same size, laying them on top of each other. Roll them tightly, slice them from one end to the other and you have perfectly sliced basil.
