This tastes especially refreshing on a hearts of romaine, avocado, cucumber, and halved cherry tomato salad!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, stems removed, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice, preferably fresh squeezed
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Whisk first five ingredients together in a small bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper, whisk again, and serve.
