I also make this gift each year.
Mix 8 oz each of orange drink, ice tea mix, and lemonade mix. Then add 1 t. nutmeg, 1 T. cinnamon and give in pretty jars. I always add "sweeten to taste" as the original recipe called for 8 c. sugar. Not only does that "crust up" fast, but not everyone uses it anymore.
It's amazing any time of the year, but yes, esp' now and when you have a cold.
