You can use Barkeepers Friend. You can also use a Magic eraser.

Saturate it with white vinegar using a soft cloth then rinse with water.

Vinegar. If it is stubborn, soak a rag or sponge in vinegar and let it sit on it for awhile.

Magic Eraser didn't touch it. I sure hope Bar Keepers Friend works better.

I don't know where my old post is picturing my ice dispenser tray and how it's made of a "shiney black plastic" which I couldn't use vinegar on it, as that would dull or matt out the shine of the plastic and I couldn't use anything that's abrasive...

so what I know will work for you in removing the calcium deposit left on your water dispenser is, try this, and I believe you'll not only be amazed, but you'll like how easy this solution is, plus, it won't damage the black plastic whatsoever.

Take a couple of paper towels and soak them with only
(bottled water), then lay them on top of the calcium deposits.
Allow that to lay on the plastic for at least 30 min. Then check
to see how easy the calcium deposits wipe right off. It doesn't matter if it's caked on there either, as I know, we have hard-hard
water here in NV, and this method works just TOO easily!

Just remember, if the paper towels "dry out" it can't work, so please leave them on top the deposits for at least 30 min. If 30 min doesn't rid ALL of it, leave it on another 15 min and then check it.
