A combination leather and suede will be very difficult to clean as they are entirely different leathers especially when it comes to cleaning. I would suggest you consider turning this job over to a professional cleaner.
But if you still wish to try something yourself, I would try a regular leather cleaner on the leather part and try not to hit the suede. Leather cleaners can be found in shoe departments or you can try the leather cleaners found in your auto departments.
Here are some suggestions to try:
Odors can sometimes be removed by sprinkling the area with baby powder or baking soda and allowing it to set overnight. Vacuum the area the following day to remove.
Vinegar is another odor remover that is usually safe for suede. Wipe the area with a cloth that has been lightly moistened with white vinegar and allow it to dry. The vinegar smell will dissipate as it dries, and the odor will sometimes be removed.
Many people swear by a product called Nature's Miracle. It is an enzyme cleaner generally used for cleaning up pet odors. This can be found on-line at Amazon or at PetSmart and maybe other stores. Just follow directions on the container.
Here is what UGG (suede boots) suggests:
Apply diluted cleaner with a sponge, rubbing gently all over. Don't rub delicate suede harshly.
Stuff gently with paper to hold shape. Dry slowly, NOT with heat or sunlight.
When dry, brush with a suede brush in only one direction.
