Generally it is not recommended to clean your grapes all at once and then store them. This is mostly due to them staying wet afterwards and then molding more quickly.
You can actually clean and dry grapes in a salad spinner. Place the grapes into the spinner basket, add some water (and veggie/fruit wash if desired), spin them to clean them off, then pour out the water, and spin them until they are dry.
Once dry, place the grapes into a container and store them in the refrigerator.
My sister was preparing to slosh her grapes under the water in her hands and a large black widow came marching out. After that she dumped the bag of grapes onto a colander and held that under the water while she cleaned them and removed the stems.
