While our air conditioning was running - the PVC pipe had water overflowing out of the pipe and dripping onto our hardwood floors. I called my dad, and he told us to pour water and blow on the pipe.
After pouring water, go outside and see if the drain is dripping water. Repeat if needed. To determine how many times you need to do this is, you can stop when the water outside drips steadily.
I poured 2 cups of water into the PVC pipe then blew into the pipe. I went outside and you can see the water dripping slowly. I repeated this process again, poured 2 cups and a few more blows to the pipe and the water was coming out faster. Resolved issue! Now, our air conditioning has been on and we have not had any problems since! This saved us at least $75 from calling for an AC diagnosis.

I have multiple rentals and have found that a shop vac at the end of the condensate line will invariably suck out the problem. After that pour about a cup of white vinegar into the front end of the line.
