I would stuff with newspapers, which will absorb the odor. I would not use anything liquid on wood.

Charcoal could help the smell, non-amonia window cleaner could help any stainining

The baking soda idea has worked for me with smelly shoes and boots. To me, that seems like an easy try.

People have tried all kinds of things but when it comes to all the different types of material that make up a Concertina I'm not so sure about using just anything.

• Looks like the forums recommend using baking soda, or baking soda mixed with foot fungus powder, crushed/activated charcoal, cat litter, or cinnamon.
• All or any of these should be placed in suitable containers and if going to try and remove odor from outside then your Concertina would have to be placed in a large bag with whatever you're trying and sealed. Be careful to not move the bag around so as not to disturb the "powder" inside.
