I have, sinus drainage and I've been spitting it out my driver window not realizing the build up by the window where it goes up and down. How do I get it off without changing the color of the original color on the other door? Unfortunately, it's dry stained. Should I use a toothbrush?

The most often DIY suggestion is to use half-and-half distilled water and white vinegar. Use it in a spray bottle or wipe it on with a very soft cloth.
Do not leave on the car for more than 3 or 4 minutes.
Rinse with distilled water more than once.
It is best to then wash your car with a car wash product and finish with wax.
Personally, I do not recommend this as paints are different, and using something that was not designed for use on paint could/might damage the paint.
Have you tried going through a good car wash?
This would probably be the quickest way to do the job, as water will also drain down the window on the outside of the door.
Many professional car detailers use Meguiar's products. These can be found online at Walmart/Amazon or in automotive stores.
