I power washed my deck and I got some paint chips (that were adhered to the wood) on my vinyl siding. When I peeled them off they left a residue, blotchy stains on the siding.
Any idea on how to fix?

Try Goo Gone on an inconspicuous spot. Hopefully that will work for you.
What ever you decide to try, be sure to test in an unseen area first to make sure it is safe for vinyl as some solution may remove some of the color.
