Can you find a seam and carefully pick it open? I have done this, dumped the filling into a bowl, hand washed the outside in the sink with a drop of woolite and then refilled and carefully stitched it back up. I have even added new filling when needed! Enjoy!

You could gently surface wash it with a mild soap solution.
