My kitchen faucet head is sealed and can't be taken apart. This is our second faucet head. We have a lot of earthquakes and constantly have a churned up well. Can I still soak the head in vinegar and loosen the hard water inside it?

Yes, you can use white vinegar. Soak kitchen faucet head for 10-15 minutes. Use a gently bristle brush like a toothbrush and clean the mineral deposits.
Or, you could use CLR.
Vinegar will loosen up the hard water deposits. Use it
I have found that slightly warm vinegar works faster; just be sure head is completely submerged and let it soak for several hours or overnight is better.
The best ever,is to add baking soda to the very warm vinegar! Its the best natural way!
